Gudja United take sole leadership in Division 2

Gudja Utd 5 - 0 St. George's

Gudja United F.C. take sole leadership for the first time during this season after scoring five against relegation zoned St. George's F.C.

Nicky Zammit striked the opener on the 14th minute following a personal effort on the right flank finalised with a powerful shot.

Ronnie Celeste made them two on the 20th minute, heading a cross from the left. Celeste again made them three for Gudja immediately in the second half.

On the 69th minute Nicky Zammit doubled his name on the sheets with a powerful low shot, similar to Celeste's previous one.

Just three minutes from time Celeste converted again from close edge to make them five nil for the Club and a hat trick on his name.

In the process of this match, Alexander Ellul Subbed Nicky Zammit, Brandon Saliba came on for Anthony Chimezie Ewurum whilst Steve Buttigieg replaced Joseph Chetcuti.
